How long does the delivery takes?
Generally, it takes 3-5 business working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to receive your ordered goods once the order has been shipped out from the warehouse. For international order, it may take up to 10-15 business working days (excluding weekends & public holidays). However, delay may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, which are fully dependent on the logistics company. Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to keep track on their respective orders.
How can I track my order?
For every confirmed paid order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email and an email with tracking number will be provided accordingly to the same email address once the parcel has been shipped.
What are the shipping rates?
We understand that shipping rates can be inconsistent sometimes, but we will try our best to provide the best rates for our customers. In current situation, free shipping will be provided for orders more than RM80, and a flat rate of RM6 shipping fee will be charged for orders below RM80. For East Malaysia, a shipping fee of RM13 will be charged regardless of the amount purchased. As for international customers, rates are subjected to change and varies from different destinations. There might be extra duties and taxes imposed that is needed to pay upon parcel arrival depending on local customs’ requirement.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We are currently using ABX express or any other applicable logistics company depending on the availability.
Can I change my order details/cancel my order after it has been placed?
We are sorry to inform that it is hard to do so as most orders are being processed instantly. If the change/cancellation is indeed necessary, please email us immediately at sales@natsuojp.com right after you realized something may have went wrong with your order or you realized that you want to cancel your order. We will try our very best to fulfill our customers’ requests. However, we would like to inform beforehand that the order cannot be amended once it has already been processed and packed by our warehouse team. We hope for your understanding and kind consideration.
