What is the Return Policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your order and you wish to return them, you are able to return the item(s) for an exchange or opt for a full return within 7 days (counting from the day you have received your package). The condition for the return is that the item(s) must be undamaged, unused, and unwashed (in the original state when you received them). The original packaging with hand tags must still be present and undamaged. Returned products that are not in their original state may not be qualified for exchange/refund request.
What are the items that cannot be returned?
Due to hygiene purposes, returns and refunds are unaccepted for all the items listed below:

How long does it take for my refund/return request to be processed?
Please be aware that for most of the returns, it may take up to 15-20 working days for us to complete the whole process. This is because the package will need to take up some time for it to reach the fulfilment center, go through the inspection process, and process into the inventory. By then, the refund process will only be able to complete.
If there is a change in price since I ordered, will I get a refund on that?
As an e-commerce online business, our prices change according to the trend, season, stock and demand from our customers. If there are any changes in price, we will only refund back the changed amount as you purchase the particular item(s). For instance, a RM8 will be refund for a RM10 product which price has been changed to RM8.
Do you have a physical shop?
We are sorry to inform that we do not have a physical shop at the moment, but maybe we will have one in the near future. Please do keep yourself updated through our social media accounts and website!
Customs and import charges for international purchases
We are sorry to inform that all these charges have to be borne by the recipient of the parcel if there is any. Prices may be vary and subject to the local customs’ laws and regulations.
